Easee Charge maximises the available electrical capacity in your building. When multiple Charging Robots are connected to the same fuse, the available energy on the circuit will be automatically and dynamically distributed between units.
Easee enables load balancing of up to 101 Charging Robots on a single circuit. It can operate both online and offline.
The charger can charge on both 1 and 3 phase power and supports charging up to 22 kW. It has a Type 2 universal charging connector.
With Easee Charge, you can charge up to 10x* times faster than with a regular outlet. It charges as quickly as possible with the available capacity and provides you with the highest charging power.
The Charging Robot is equipped with built-in e-sim and mobile communication. The type of communication may vary, but the Charging Robot supports a variety of standards, such as 2G, 4G and CAT-M1. We are using an operator which utilises the Telia network in Norway with Telia roaming partners in Europe. If you buy now, you get a lifetime 4G subscription included.
The Charging Robot is updated with new features continuously. This way, you know that you have purchased a safe and future-proof product.
The Charging Robot is 69% smaller and lighter than other electric chargers, with similar functionality. It weighs only 1.5 kg! This means that we spare the environment from at least 4 kg of copper and plastic per produced charger.
We have made it easy and affordable to invest in modern and forward-looking charging infrastructure. With an Easee Ready docking station, you get a completely EV ready charging point at low cost. By pre-installing the infrastructure within the building, Easee Charge can subsequently be deployed upon demand with our innovative “Plug & Play” technology at no additional installation cost.
The Charging Robot acts as an intelligent junction box and supports the expansion of multiple charging stations on the same cable. This allows you to easily scale the system.
The Charging Robots have a built-in fully autonomous load balancing system, ensuring that the power is evenly balanced.
The intelligent queuing system ensures that all cars are charged without overloading the available power supply. The Easee Charge measures accurate power consumption through its built-in power meters. When a charging station has multiple owners, you can keep track of the power consumption of each one by registering their charge with a RFID chip or through the app.
Start by investing in charging infrastructure. All you need is one circuit leading out to the parking area. Easee Charge supports up to 101 units per circuit.
The backplate is mounted on the wall using the 4 screws supplied in the installation kit. Use appropriate wall plugs for different types of walls. If you have multiple backplates, now would be a good time to mount them as well!
If the installation has more than two Charging Robots, place the electronics in the center backplate first. The backplate on which this charger is mounted will always be the main unit. Plug in the Charging Robot, and go through with configuration; see the ‘Quick Guide‘ for more details.
Depending on how many backplates were installed initially, you can expand the system by plugging in more Charging Robots on demand.
